Skegness Water Leisure Park - Camping & Touring T&C's

PLEASE RETAIN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES.

If any of the following Terms & Conditions of Booking are breached the person(s) involved & all of their party members will be required to leave the Park and no refunds will be payable.

  1. Completion of booking form and /or payment is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions of booking. All deposits/payments are Non-Transferable in the event of cancellation.
  2. Please note WE DO NOT provide refunds because of poor weather conditions. Please ensure your accommodation is adequately secure, fit for purpose and all weather conditions.
  3. ALL VISITORS are required to report to Reception upon arrival.
  4. You may park at the side of your unit, subject to ground conditions. All Additional vehicles must be paid for when booking or upon arrival. Please supply the park reception WITH ALL vehicle registrations prior/upon check in. Sleeping in cars is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES unless by prior arrangement and use of the touring and tent fields are for holidaymakers only.
  6. Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.
  7. For health and safety reasons and also not to disturb other campers WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARRIVALS UNTILL 9PM (or dusk whichever is the earlier).
  8. All tourers and tents are required to park on their allocated pitch as directed by the site warden for the duration of their stay. EACH UNIT MUST BE 6 METERS APART.
  9. On most pitches you can erect an awning (CHARGEABLE) or gazebo (CHARGEABLE) but not both. Not all pitches will accommodate these, please check at time of booking.
  10. Only couples and family parties are accepted - Large parties of three or more couples, Single Sex or Mixed Groups of three or more persons will not be allowed on site whether or not they have booked in advance. All BOOKINGS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PARK MANAGEMENT.
  11. Touring caravans must not be occupied by more people than is consistent with the number of sleeping berths.
  12. For the safety of everyone on site, a speed limit of 10mph is imposed throughout the park and this must be STRICTLY OBSERVED. The Highway Code for public roads applies to all vehicles on the park and this includes drink driving laws. No liability is accepted for any damage caused by roadway speed bumps. Vehicles, their accessories & contents are left entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever.
  13. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please exercise your dogs on the designated dog walk, which is shown on the site map. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs using the special bins provided, disposable doggy bags are provided at the park reception free of charge. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in any accommodation at any time. The dog is the responsibility of its’ owner at all times and no responsibility will be taken by the Park for any damage caused by it. The owner of a dog will be held responsible & liable for any damage caused by their dog.
  14. Waste buckets must be emptied regularly & only at the points provided.
  15. Barbecues are allowed, but must be raised off the grass. To avoid a fire, BBQ’s must be fully extinguished and cold before placing in the metal bins.  Please make yourself aware of the nearest fire point.
  16. Naked flames/and or open fires of any nature ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on our Park.
  17. Young people must not be left without adult supervision. Parents/carers are responsible for their children AT ALL TIMES and they MUST accompany them to the toilet/shower blocks.
  18. We have a STRICT NO SWIMMING policy on our lakes. It is particularly important that all guests and visitors in your party understand and obey these rules and that children are made aware and supervised at all times around these 3 OPEN DEEP WATER LAKES.
  19. Recycling is encouraged; refuse sacks must be disposed of in the wheelie bins and glass bottles in the bottles banks located near the Barn inn.
  20. Generators are NOT PERMITTED on site.
  21. THE USE OF ANTI-SOCIAL TOYS - BB GUNS, ELECTRIC OR MOTORISED SCOOTERS/TOYS ETC. IS PROHIBITED.
  22. The playing of ball games or flying of kites must be conducted on the recreation area provided, not between caravans or near the airfield.
  23. Enjoy yourself but not at the expense of others - anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave immediately & NO REFUND GIVEN. In the case of group bookings ALL PARTIES will be required to leave.
  24. The provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 will be fully implemented. This means that anyone attempting to buy alcohol that appears to be under the age of 25 years will be asked for proof of age ID. Anyone who attempts to buy alcohol for anyone under the age of 18yrs will be barred from the Barn Inn and Coffee Shop immediately. Anyone under the age of 18yrs remains the responsibility of their Parents/Guardians at all times.
  25. We regret that in the event of cancellation or early departure we are unable to make refunds.
  26. We would like to remind you that we are in no way responsible for the loss of or damage to your property whilst you are on the park.
  27. We recommend that you insure your personal effects, clothing and cash in the normal way before coming on holiday. We will not be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
  28. WE DO NOT operate a scheme of holiday cancellation or curtailment insurance. Therefore, if you have to cancel your holiday for any reason whatsoever, your deposit/payment is not recoverable, unless you have your own adequate cancellation or curtailment insurance in place.
  29. WE WILL NOT PERMIT anyone to visit our site who is of your knowledge a convicted child sex offender, or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 to visit the Park.

Skegness Water Leisure Park - Timber Pod T&C's

PLEASE RETAIN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES.

If any of the following Terms & Conditions of Booking are breached the person(s) involved & all of their party members will be required to leave the Park and no refunds will be payable.

Please Note: These are NOT GLAMPING PODS. You’ll need to bring all your equipment with you – including beds!!

1. Completion of booking form and /or payment is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions of booking. All deposits/payments are Non-Transferable in the event of cancellation.
2. Please note WE DO NOT provide refunds because of poor weather conditions. 
3. All visitors are required to report to the Park Reception upon arrival. 
4. Additional vehicles must be paid for when booking or upon arrival. Please supply the park reception WITH ALL vehicle registration numbers prior/upon arrival. One car may be parked at the side of the pod, subject to ground conditions and is included within your normal charge. Sleeping in cars STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
5. Please note, WE DO NOT ACCEPT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES unless by prior arrangement.
6. On arrival a £20 CASH DEPOSIT is required for the Pod key. You will receive this back once the POD KEY and the DEPOSIT REICEPT have both been returned to the reception before 10am on the day of your departure. 
7. Pods are available from 1pm on the day of your arrival and MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM on the day of your departure. 
8. We can only accept arrivals until 9pm (or dusk whichever is the earlier.)
9. The 4 berth pods can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 small children (not suitable for more than 2 adults), whilst the 6 berth pods are suitable for 2 adults and 4 small children. The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the Pods
10. Dogs are welcome in 3 of our 4 berth pods only. And will be charged at an additional price per dog. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the pod at any one time. They must be kept on leads at all times. Please exercise your dogs on the designated dog walk, which is shown on the site map.  Please keep dogs under control and on a lead AT ALL TIMES on the Park (Even on the dog walk). Please note: the runway IS STRICTLY OUT OF BOUNDS. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dog using the special dog bins provided; disposable doggy-bags are provided at the park reception free of charge. Dogs cannot be left unattended in any accommodation at any time. The dog is the responsibility of its’ owner at all times and no responsibility will be taken by the Park for any damage caused by it. The owner of a dog will be held responsible & liable for any damage caused by their dog.
11. All Pods are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.

In the best interests of everyone on holiday at the Park, all visitors should abide by the site rules.

Skegness Water Leisure Park - Holiday Bungalow T&C's

PLEASE RETAIN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES.

If any of the following Terms & Conditions of Booking are breached the person(s) involved & all of their party members will be required to leave the Park and no refunds will be payable.

1. A non-refundable £100.00 deposit per week is required to secure your booking.
2. All bookings are non-transferable and have to be paid for, in full up to 6 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Arrival time is 3PM.
4. Departure time is 10AM.
5. All three bungalows are NON SMOKING.
6. Please keep vehicles of the grass, even when loading/unloading and use the tarmac parking areas in front of the bungalows.
7. Please make sure that you report any missing or damaged items to Reception. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for any items that are damaged or missing at the end of your stay.
8. Rubbish can be disposed of in black bin liners into the wheelie bins inside the bin compound situated adjacent to the bungalows.
9. Please observe our 10mph speed limit.
10. Children have to be supervised at all times.
11. Ball games are only allowed in the areas provided.
12. Petrol motor scooters and BB guns are prohibited on the park.
13. Please avoid excessive noise between 11PM and 8AM.
14. As with any holiday we would advise that you have adequate cancellation and curtailment insurance.

Tennyson Lodge Occupants (Bungalow With Dog)

1. Well Behaved pets are welcome in Tennyson Lodge only.
2. Please keep your dog’s off the beds and furniture.
3. Please keep your dogs under control and on the lead at all times when on the site.
4. You must clean up after your pets. Should you require any poo-scoop bags, they are available free of charge from the park reception.

Skegness Water Leisure Park - S Pod T&C's

PLEASE RETAIN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES.

If any of the following Terms & Conditions of Booking are breached the person(s) involved & all of their party members will be required to leave the Park and no refunds will be payable.

1. Completion of booking form and/or payment is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions of booking. All deposits/payments are Non-Transferable in the event of cancellation.
2. Please note WE DO NOT provide refunds because of poor weather conditions. 
3. All visitors are required to report to the Park Reception upon arrival. 
4. Additional vehicles must be paid for when booking or upon arrival. Please supply the park reception WITH ALL vehicle registration numbers prior/upon arrival. CARS MUST PARK IN THE CARPARK and not on the grass.  One car is included in the price. Sleeping in cars is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Please note, WE DO NOT ACCEPT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES unless by prior arrangement.

12. Gas heaters, BBQ’s/and or gas cooking utilities of any other kind MUST NEVER be used inside or on the decking outside the S-Pods, except where a gas grill & hob is fitted internally to the 2 Berth S-Pod.
13. Young people must not be left without adult supervision. Parents/carers are responsible for their children AT ALL TIMES and they MUST accompany them to the toilet/shower blocks.
14. We have a STRICT NO SWIMMING policy on our lakes. It is particularly important that all guests and visitors in your party understand and obey these rules and that children are made aware of the 3 OPEN DEEP WATER LAKES.
